Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of smaller retail accounts with ongoing support and coaching.
  • Support the wider UK Sales team on major national accounts and key customer projects.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure service, delivery, and customer satisfaction are consistently high.
  • Track sales performance, analyse account data and prepare forecasts and reports.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers and commercial contacts.
  • Contribute to sales presentations, proposals and commercial reviews.
  • Develop a solid understanding of industry trends, product ranges and category insights.
