We're growing - and to help create the best possible customer experience we're looking for a Junior Market Insights Analyst to join our Solution Engineering & Enablement team.

As a Junior Market Insights Analyst, you will work alongside a team that cares about what we do, where your ideas will be heard, and where you'll have the space to make an impact.

This role will be hybrid, with a recommended two days per week in the Manchester office.

What we're looking for

• Some experience (internships, projects, or entry-level role) in market research, data analysis, or marketing support
• Strong ability to find and organize information clearly and reliably and being comfortable working with spreadsheets, research tools, and basic data visualization
• Excellent written communication - able to summarize findings simply and effectively
• Interest in SaaS, B2B tech, or internal communications is a plus, but not required
• Technical curiosity; you enjoy exploring new tools, experimenting with data, and finding creative ways to get insights (a bit of a geek, in the best way)

What you’ll do

• Track industry movement, identify emerging trends and provide context around competitor positioning
• Collect and organize market data from various sources (tools, reports, news, analyst briefings)
• Help create battlecards, comparison sheets, and quick-reference updates for Sales and Marketing
• Work with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure findings are shared where they matter most
• Prepare regular updates and dashboards to keep the team informed of relevant changes
