Job description

We believe airport customers deserve better - we ARE here to delight. We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll support day-to-day IT operations, assist users, manage infrastructure, and contribute to projects across the business.

This is a broad, varied role — perfect for someone seeking exposure to infrastructure, support, cybersecurity, and project delivery.

Remote-firstThe role is mostly remote. Success depends on being highly self-disciplined, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide first-line IT support via tickets and calls (remote + onsite).
  • Deploy and manage IT equipment (laptops, mobiles).
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and internal systems.
  • Support MDM / endpoint management (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS).
  • Assist with cybersecurity checks, incident response, and vulnerability mitigation.
  • Document processes, build knowledge base articles, and maintain IT records.
  • Contribute to infrastructure and application projects (migrations, upgrades, deployments).
  • Perform routine maintenance, backups, and patching.
  • Travel to airports for onsite support (typically 1–2 days per week; more during projects).

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ IT support experience (desirable).
  • Strong Windows support skills (essential).
  • Exposure to:
  • Microsoft 365 admin
  • Endpoint management / MDM (VMware, Zoho, Intune preferred)
  • ITSM / ticketing systems
  • Basic networking (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Docker / containerisation (nice to have)
  • Proactive and self-motivated: thrives when working remotely and independently.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • CompTIA ITF+ / A+
  • ITIL
  • Other relevant certifications a bonus
