About The Role:

We’re looking for a curious, data‑driven problem solver who’s ready to learn the ropes of analytics engineering. As part of our growing team, you’ll help deliver clean, scalable data models and dashboards that inform pricing, customer personalisation, demand forecasting, and operational optimisation. This is a hands‑on role designed to give you real experience while you develop your skills with guidance from senior engineers.

What You’ll Do:
  • ➡️ Provide clean, tested, transformed and modelled data in a way that empowers end users.
  • ➡️ Deliver impactful data products and dashboards with support from senior team members, using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
  • ➡️ Enhance and maintain existing data products and data pipelines progressively taking on more responsibility as skills develop.
  • ➡️ Being able to communicate effectively with stakeholders to share and promote the good use of data.
  • ➡️ Embed data visualization best practices, including data storytelling, ensuring insights are impactful and actionable.
  • ➡️ Contribute to the creation of squad initiatives, aligning them with business goals.
  • ➡️ Investigate and correct data quality issues.
If You’ve Got:
  • ✅ Hands‑on experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server or similar)
  • ✅ Exposure to building or supporting data pipelines and transformations (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or equivalent)
  • ✅ A solid understanding of analytical data modelling (star schemas, facts & dimensions)
  • ✅ Some experience with Power BI - reports, datasets, or basic DAX
  • ✅ Foundational Python skills
  • ✅ A genuine interest in data engineering and analytics, backed by learning through projects, training, certifications, or on‑the‑job experience
