Due to continued expansion and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to hire a Junior Account Manager to help drive performance.

Delivering products across a portfolio of Top Tier UK Retailers, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business and really be part of its continuous growth.

Responsibilities
  • Support the relationships across Top 4 Grocery, High Street and Discounter retailers.
  • Research and identify relevant retail buyers and create an effective sales plan.
  • Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive growth, optimize product distribution, and increase profitability.
  • Continuously build new relationships and develop new business.
What will you need?
  • 1+ year(s) experience within a sales role in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long‑term, value‑driven partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident working with data and proficient in tools such as Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
