Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Japanese speaking Account Manager to maintain and develop client relationships in the Eastern European market. The ideal candidate will have business development experience, an understanding of Japanese business etiquette, and a valid driving licence. The role is based in Newcastle and involves achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service. This is a permanent position with a salary of £30,000.

Japanese speaking Account Manager - What You'll be Doing:
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current clients
  • Customer visits – respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests
  • Develop new customers in line with the Sales Annual Business Plan – identify new opportunities to expand customer base
  • Achieve profit and sales targets in conjunction with Sales Annual Business Plan
  • Establish and work towards the mid and long term sales and marketing goals of the company in conjunction with Sales Annual Business Plan
  • Provide quotations to win new business and report to the Sales Manager any issues or anomalies relating to your relevant Customer Accounts
Japanese speaking Account Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Japanese to mother tongue standard
  • B-B business development experience
  • Understanding of Japanese business manner
  • Must have driving licence and confident to drive in European countries
