We are seeking a highly capable and organised IT Project Manager to join our IT team within our purpose-led Co-operative society. In this role, you will manage and deliver IT projects that drive key strategic initiatives and enhance business operations across our society. As part of our IT function, you'll form and lead cross-functional project teams with business stakeholders, technology vendors and partners, and other parts of our IT team to ensure project goals are met. We aim for drama-free delivery, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams and our Project Management Office, you will define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. You'll develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking progress while ensuring alignment with business goals. Managing risks, dependencies, and changes will be critical, as will regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed and expectations aligned.
Budget management will also be a key aspect, requiring you to forecast, track costs, and ensure value for money. Additionally, you'll work closely with third-party vendors, partners, and contractors, negotiating robust contracts and ensuring timely delivery of assets and services. Through effective collaboration with all stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards, while maintaining focus on business priorities and achieving measurable results.
