Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line triage, investigation, and resolution of alerts.
• Monitor and support customer environments including routers and firewalls.
• Escalate issues to Tier 2 engineers where required.
• Maintain accurate incident records and contribute to service improvement.
• Participate in a 24/7 shift rota, including weekends.
• Engage in structured learning and certification programs.
