IPS Service Administrator/Data Support

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team as a Service Administrator/Data Support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and impactful service that supports people with mental health needs into employment.

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the IPS service, with a focus on data handling, audit, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about making a difference.

Main duties of the job
  • Provide administrative support including document production, stock ordering, and email monitoring.
  • Input and manage data on clinical systems and spreadsheets.
  • Support audits, service evaluations, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports for the IPS Steering Group.
  • Maintain effective file management and office systems.
  • Communicate with clinicians and health professionals using e-technologies.
  • Contribute to service improvement and communication initiatives.
  • Support the development of Trust-approved communication materials.

Qualifications
  • oOCR Level 2 Text Processing Award, RSA 11 or equivalent
  • oICDL Level 2 Qualification or equivalent
Knowledge
  • oCompetent in the use of Microsoft Office Software, including excel and Teams
  • oKnowledge of research, audit and service evaluation methods
  • oCompetent in data collection, collation and analysis utilising statistical packages
Experience
  • oAdministration/office experience i.e. diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, note taking, collating and presenting information etc
  • oProviding administrative or secretarial support to a high level of independence
  • oExperience of setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes
  • oExperience of organising competing demands and workloads
  • oAdministration/office experience supporting senior management/clinical functions within the public sector.
