Job description

Investment Operations

• Oversee trade lifecycle management, from execution to settlement across credit instruments
• Manage data integrity and reconciliation across internal systems and third-party platforms
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, compliance, and finance teams to ensure operational accuracy
• Drive automation and process improvements across investment operations workflows
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, cash flows, and risk metrics

CLO Operations

• Lead operational oversight of CLO transactions (CLO 1.0 and 2.0), including warehouse setup, deal closing, and post-close administration
• Liaise with trustees, agents, and legal teams to ensure compliance with indenture terms
• Maintain and optimize CLO reporting tools (e.g., WSO, WSO Compliance)
• Manage waterfall calculations, payment distributions, and tranche-level reporting
• Conduct surveillance and stress testing across EU and US CLO portfolios

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in investment operations or CLO management within asset management, banking, or fund administration
• Deep understanding of CLO structures, offering memorandums, and indenture documentation
• Proficiency in systems such as WSO, ClearPar, Bloomberg, and Excel/VBA
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Experience with regulatory reporting (e.g., ESMA, SEC) and audit coordination
