Job Description:

We're currently working alongside a global leading digital organisation going through an exciting period of transformation and are looking for an Interim Pension and Benefits Analyst to join the organisation.

The role offers a 12–18 month contract and will play a key role in supporting the development of the organisation’s global pensions and benefits strategy. This role will look to pay £300–£325 per day inside IR35.

Ideal candidates will possess the following experience:

  • Experience supporting global and local benefits programmes, including private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, employee assistance programmes, and flexible benefits.
  • Experience with Global Benefits Management frameworks that drive consistency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Exposure to pension risk management initiatives, including de-risking strategies, liability management, and member communications.
