Job description
Interim Housing and Communities Manager

My Local Authority client based in the West Midlands is currently recruiting for an interim Housing and Communities Manager.

Contract Length : 6 months.

Hours per week : 37 hours a week

Working Pattern : Hybrid West Midlands

Negotiable rates dependent on experience.

Experience needed :

  • Confident and competent Head of Service / Manager with extensive experience within local authorities or Housing Associations in Housing and Communities.
  • Experienced in both Strategic & Operational Leadership.
  • Able to represent the council for key partnerships to achieve council objectives.
  • Skilled in handling funding and finances for service delivery.
  • Capable overseeing a cohort of staff including the monitoring, analysis, and implementation of team structures & transformation.
  • Able to work on a hybrid basis with Stratford.
