Integrated planning and Capacity Manager

An exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning and Capacity Manager to join our Member Services team on a permanent basis, based out of our Darlington office. (hybrid working).

The role

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative professional to join our Member Services Business Unit as anIntegrated Planning and Capacity Manager. This newly created role will report directly tothe Head of Change Integration, and will be instrumental in shaping how we plan and allocate resources across change and operational initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely withDelivery Leads, Resource Managers, and Project Managersacross the enterprise to optimise resource utilisation and support our member-first ethos. You’ll be responsible for developing integrated planning models, managing capacity, and driving continuous improvement in how we deliver change.

This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise and help define the role from the ground up, embedding planning best practices and tools likeProject for the Webto streamline our planning and reporting.

The person

We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative professional with a strong background in enterprise-wide planning and capacity management. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level experience and a proven ability to optimise resources across complex change portfolios and the ability to design and deliver management information (MI) to support cross-functional change.

To be successful in the this role you will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to structure complex information into clear, accessible formats. You will have effective communication and interpersonal skills and be a confident and engaging presenter, capable of influencing across stakeholder groups including C-suite. A Collaborative mindset with a focus on alignment and high standards and the ability to champion and embed best practice across teams.
