Overview

Insurance Renewals Consultant

Location: Poole, Dorset

Hours: 37 ½ hours per week, Monday – Friday –9.00am- 5.15pm (1 every 4 weeks – Saturday 9.30am -12.30pm)

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 (D.O.E)

We’re looking for an Insurance Renewals Consultant to join a leading insurance group based in Branksome, Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is looking to become an expert in the non-standard and single article insurance market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Renewals: Taking existing customers through their renewal journey, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high client retention.
• Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Working with a panel of insurers to negotiate terms and prices to find the best solution for clients.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and insurers.
• Compliance: Adhering to core compliance and FCA regulations.
• Administration: Managing a pipeline of existing clients, processing policy adjustments, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
