Our client is a rapidly growing Investment Management firm, continuing to expand their efforts on a global basis. The company strongly believes in providing a tailored approach with their clients in order to create long-lasting, sustainable relationships. In light of this, they are now looking for an Institutional Client Services professional to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Client Services professional looking to be part of a highly-renowned firm’s growth. The role itself would entail:

• Being a key point of contact for a global client base, facilitating the completion of any and all client requests promptly across pooled and segregated accounts.
• Possessing specialist level knowledge of each client and their accounts, providing specialist and bespoke Client Service.
• Coordinating the onboarding and managing the end-to-end transition process in a timely manner.
• Producing detailed and strategic client reports, relevant to their goals.
• Liaising with key internal stakeholders in order to achieve project-based targets, maintaining a highly technical understanding of the investment market in order to provide solutions both internally and with institutional clients, consultants, and intermediaries.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillset:

• At least 4 years in a Client Servicing role within Investment Management.
• Highly experienced with servicing Institutional clients.
• Understanding overall investment and having knowledge of different investment vehicle options, the current investment market, and economic issues.
• Unwavering commitment to Client Service excellence.
• Highly ambitious, confident enough to take initiative and responsibility whilst maintaining gravitas and charisma.
• Strong academic background desired.
