Job description

We are currently recruiting Assembly Inspectors/Packers for our fantastic client in Mildenhall.

In this role, you will play a important role in their processes by maintaining product quality and ensuring every item meets the highest standards.

Shift Pattern:

Training Period (up to 6 weeks):Monday – Friday, 08:00-16:00

Pay rate during training: £12.34 per hour

After Training:

• Week 1:Wednesday – Saturday, 06:00 – 18:00
• Week 2:Thursday – Saturday, 06:00 – 18:00

Pay rate once transferred to shifts: £14.07 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full product testing.
• Perform visual inspections of assembled products.
• Record measurement data in the database.
• Rework and repackage assemblies, as necessary.
• Palletise finished products for dispatch.
• Assist with and operate packing machines.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.
