Insight Analyst

Up to £45,000

Location: Remote

An established consumer lending business, recently acquired by a global financial group, is entering an exciting period of growth and expansion. With strong investment and ambitious plans to triple loan volumes over the next 12 months, the business is scaling rapidly and building out its product offering, with new lines of credit and future launches on the horizon.

We are seeking a driven and analytical professional to join the Market & Pricing function, working closely with the team to drive growth through broker partnerships, lead generation, and pricing strategy. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping customer acquisition and product development, with real scope to take ownership and influence direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Manage relationships with third-party brokers and lead generation partners
  2. Support pricing decisions and performance analysis against commercial targets
  3. Provide insight, reporting, and recommendations to optimise growth channels
  4. Contribute to product expansion initiatives (e.g., credit lines, cards)
  5. Lead on data-driven projects, including A/B testing and acquisition strategy
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
  1. SQL
  2. Experience within the finance sector is required.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation and reporting
  4. Confidence in providing insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  5. Knowledge of growth and organic channels is beneficial
