Infrastructure Engineer - £370PD (Outside IR35) - Hybrid

I am currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with good knowledge across M365, Windows Servers, Azure and Networks to join a business to support on projects related to acquisition and integration of new IT Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in technical implementations, upgrades, production support, and maintenance of mission-critical business systems.
• Support mergers and acquisitions by conducting due diligenc, planning, and executing integration of new sites and acquisitions.
• Resolve complex 2nd and 3rd line support tickets to completion.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure standards and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provision hardware, networking, telephony, and cloud solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including out-of-hours support when required.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents.

Skills

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 migrations using tools such as BitTitan.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell, including the ability to develop custom scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, applying a broad perspective to identify and define effective solutions.
• Skilled in producing detailed technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, implementation, and deployment into service
