A leading healthcare provider in North East England seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will support and develop the Trust's network and telephony infrastructure, ensuring high system availability. Applicants should have a degree level education and at least 3 years experience in a Digital Services environment with knowledge of Microsoft technologies and complex data networks. This position involves on-call duties and offers a dynamic working environment.

As an Infrastructure Engineer you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the support, maintenance and development of the Trust's network and telephony infrastructure. You will maintain and troubleshoot the Digital Services Infrastructure to enable maximum system availability and investigate and demonstrate the use of new technologies to support and improve ways of working across the organisation. The post holder will be expected to participate in the Digital Services Out of Hours On-Call emergency service.

The Infrastructure Engineer role combines innovation and support. The role focuses on maximising system uptime while providing users with access to the latest technologies to enhance roles and maximise resources across the trust. Responsibilities include the configuration, documentation, support, maintenance and development of the Trust's server, network and telephony infrastructure.
