A growing social and creative agency is looking for an Influencer Talent Manager to join its expanding team. The agency, now around 18 months old, is part of a larger creative group that has been established for over a decade and is known for producing thoughtful, strategy-led social and influencer work.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, ambitious team that is redefining what effective influencer partnerships look like. The agency works with both creators and brands, delivering authentic, insight-driven collaborations that go beyond one-off campaigns.

The Role

The Influencer Talent Manager will manage a roster of digital creators and influencers, building their personal brands and developing meaningful commercial opportunities across social and media platforms. Working closely with the wider social and strategy teams, the role focuses on nurturing talent relationships, negotiating brand partnerships, and ensuring every collaboration aligns with both creator and brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a roster of creators and influencers
