Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and VSD is crucial.
• Knowledge of programming language IEC is necessary.
• Preferably have an ONC, HNC, or BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Must hold a full clean driving license.
• Experience in a similar sales/customer service environment is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and technical support to external customers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Understand and be familiar with the full product range.
• Respond to and handle automation product technical inquiries.
• Liaise with Field Sales Engineers to achieve sales performance.
• Generate quotations for customers.
