An exciting opportunity for an Inclusive Learning Support Assistant to join our Inclusive Learning Department, here at Freemen’s School in Ashtead.

City of London Freemen's School is seeking to appoint an Inclusive Learning Support Assistant, to fulfil a range of responsibilities within the Inclusive Learning Department. The post is suitable for an experienced Inclusive Learning Support Assistant and may also be attractive to a graduate thinking of a career in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). The work will be varied, and that variety would, to some extent, be determined by the personality, enthusiasm and skills of the individual appointed.

The Inclusive Learning Department is a dynamic and knowledgeable team that specialises in supporting SEND pupils of all age groups (Years 3-13), as well as their parents and teachers. The post holder will be responsible for supporting pupils who have EHCPs within and outside the classroom, supporting learning in the classroom as well as supporting small groups outside the classroom providing opportunities to reinforce lesson materials delivered in the classroom.

Closing date: 9am on Friday 26th September 2025
