The Role

Our client is currently recruiting for Advocates to join their growing in-house Advocacy team. This is a flexible opportunity open to candidates located throughout England & Wales, with the expectation of both remote and in-person advocacy as required.

This team will support a variety of practice areas, including:

  • Commercial Litigation
  • Employment
  • Personal Injury
  • Medical Negligence

You’ll collaborate closely with legal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality advocacy services to clients. Your role will involve a mix of drafting, advisory work, and courtroom advocacy, offering a dynamic and challenging caseload with regular exposure to hearings.

  • Providing strategic advocacy services across multiple practice areas

About You

The ideal candidate may be:

  • A Barrister seeking the stability and support of an in-house role
  • A Solicitor with higher rights of audience looking to focus on advocacy within a structured environment

You will bring:

  • Strong advocacy experience (claimant or defendant)
  • A qualified legal background (Barrister or Solicitor with higher rights)
  • Experience in at least one of the key areas: Personal Injury, Family, Commercial Litigation, or Employment Tribunals
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • The ability to work independently while fostering strong internal relationships
