We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Program Manager to lead the onboarding and successful adoption of advanced congress management solutions for life sciences clients. In this role, you will translate complex congress objectives into repeatable, measurable workflows and operational templates while collaborating across multiple stakeholders including medical affairs, marketing, compliance, IT, and project teams. You will play a hands-on role in standardizing processes, integrating technology, and ensuring high-quality, scalable congress delivery. This position offers the opportunity to become a trusted advisor to global pharma organizations and a key contributor to the evolution of congress engagement strategies.

Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation programs for life sciences congresses, translating client objectives into structured workflows, templates, and engagement journeys.
  • Develop reusable playbooks and operational models to ensure scalable and repeatable congress delivery.
  • Collaborate with customer IT, compliance, and data teams to define integrations and ensure alignment with internal processes.
  • Monitor project progress, escalate blockers, and ensure timely delivery against KPIs.
  • Establish onboarding flows and operational guidelines to enable customer self-sufficiency.
  • Define and implement measurement and reporting frameworks to evaluate the business impact of congresses.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to share best practices, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in life sciences or healthcare congress settings.
  • Strong understanding of pharma organizational structures and stakeholder navigation.
  • Ability to translate business goals into workflows, integrations, and operational templates.
  • Familiarity with compliance, data privacy (GDPR), and security requirements for HCP engagement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence multiple stakeholders.
