Overview

Project Manager / Implementation Lead – Global Dayforce Implementation

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 (FTC)

We’re partnered with a global organisation undergoing a multi-phase HR transformation, underpinned by a full-suite Dayforce rollout across the UK, Europe, and North America.

This is a high-impact delivery role for a hands-on Implementation Lead — someone who knows how to steer complex HRIS programmes, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure Dayforce is implemented with the business, not just to the business.

You’ll act as the bridge between internal teams and Dayforce consultants, owning end-to-end delivery across Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Talent, Learning, and more. The organisation is building internal capability and looking for someone who can lead with structure, clarity, and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Dayforce, phased across multiple countries
  • Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the Dayforce implementation team
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and budgets across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance
  • Oversee system configuration, UAT, and deployment activities
  • Coordinate data migration from legacy systems and integration into enterprise data structures
  • Develop training and change plans to support adoption across HR and the wider business
  • Drive continuous improvement and post-go-live optimisation
Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering Dayforce (or similar HCM platform) across multiple modules
  • Strong understanding of hire-to-retire processes and enterprise HR tech landscapes
  • Track record managing cross-functional project teams and vendor partnerships
  • Hands-on knowledge of system configuration, testing cycles, and data migration
  • Comfortable operating in international, matrixed environments
  • Structured, pragmatic, and delivery-focused — someone who gets things done
