We’re partnered with a global organisation undergoing a multi-phase HR transformation, underpinned by a full-suite Dayforce rollout across the UK, Europe, and North America.
This is a high-impact delivery role for a hands-on Implementation Lead — someone who knows how to steer complex HRIS programmes, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure Dayforce is implemented with the business, not just to the business.
You’ll act as the bridge between internal teams and Dayforce consultants, owning end-to-end delivery across Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Talent, Learning, and more. The organisation is building internal capability and looking for someone who can lead with structure, clarity, and confidence.
