We are looking for a skilled Implementation Engineer. The Implementation Engineer will be part of the Professional Services team working on integrations with our clients.
As a Implementation Engineer. you will fill in the essential role of providing technical assistance to the Project manager in successfully launching new clients and day to day management of our ever-growing client base. In addition, you will be working closely with the Customer success and other teams in Global-e and supporting live client’s activities.
Responsibilities
- Be an expert of the system settings for all the Account managers, Projects, Integrations, and OPS teams.
- Working with cross-functional teams and related stakeholders in providing resolutions.
- Assisting Leader(s) in driving project delivery, identify and address project technical risks/issues. You will be required to work independently on activities end to end, including pushing for cooperation with other teams, and escalating when required.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties to support project delivery.
Requirements
Database Knowledge:
- SQL Table Design: understanding structure of SQL tables and configure to meet business and code requirements.
- SQL Querying: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries to test table configurations and ensure the system performs as expected.
Business Logic
- Ability to translate business requirements and rules into correct and efficient database.
- Troubleshooting and debugging – Ability to troubleshoot and debugging issues via Logs, Errors and DB configurations.
- Experienced in working with APIs and JSON payloads.
- Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, Salesforce etc. – an advantage.
- Technical Background or Orientation (such as coding skills) – a plus
