Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs and/or disabilities.
• Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) ASC, SEMH, and complex communication needs.
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Support individual learning plans and promote personal growth.
• Work closely with learners in classroom and community-based activities.
• Help foster independence and confidence in learners.

Skills

Experience with children or young people with additional needs
