IFA Administrator Summary

It is looking for an IFA Administrator to join our financial services firm. The role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to the directors and paraplanners, including updating fund holdings and unit prices, managing client files, and corresponding with clients and providers.

IFA Administrator Key Responsibilities
  • Update fund holdings and unit prices on the IRESS Xplan Back Office System.
  • Scan and enter the post onto the Xplan Back Office System.
  • Maintaining up-to-date client files and data.
  • Prepare letters for clients and providers via telephone, post, and e-mail.
  • Obtain illustrations, valuations, and other information, etc.
  • Process and track applications.
  • Diary management – for client reviews and director meetings.
  • Update and prepare client files for annual reviews, etc.
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and the Rowley Turton team.
  • Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business.
  • Making tea and coffee, etc., as part of the team and for clients, as necessary.
IFA Administrator Skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Experience with IRESS Xplan is desirable.
  • Highly organised, methodical, disciplined, and meticulous.
  • Proactive, able to work on own initiative, and able to prioritise.
  • Able to prioritise.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent keyboard skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.

  • Need to work from home to look after a sick child or dog? That’s fine; we may be able to offer remote work that day / week. Alternatively, if you prefer to take the day as unpaid leave or use a day’s holiday, again, that’s fine with us.
