Qualifications

  • Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key business issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop improvement plans.
  • Support coordination of small projects and business improvement initiatives.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Support delivery teams by organising improvement activity.
  • Work with teams to understand processes and document activities.
  • Manage weekly PULSE and monthly reporting.
  • Support development of simple digital solutions using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Assist with testing new workflows prior to release.
  • Organise and maintain system documentation.
  • Demonstrate interest in digital tools and automation.
  • Provide basic support to colleagues adopting new systems.
