  • Experienced in Learning and Development, including training plan design and delivery.
  • Proficient in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Skillful in identifying learning gaps and developing engaging solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on Learning and Development queries.
  • Define and deliver a learning needs analysis and plan for the College.
  • Lead creative design and delivery of EDI related learning.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all vacancies.
  • Provide hiring managers with recruitment process advice.
