Job summary

The position involves leading the rollout of a Performance Management Policy, supporting the Head of HR in managing contracts, and compiling board-level reports. Qualifications

  • Experience rolling out Performance Management Framework in a project management capacity.
  • UK Public sector experience, ideally in government.
  • Strong background in managing small HR projects.
  • Data analysis and report writing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on the roll out of a Performance Management Policy and Framework.
  • Support the Head of HR in managing HR contracts.
  • Compile regular board level reports using MI data.
  • Manage ad hoc HR projects like Employee benefits and Equalities reports.
