Job Description

The Vacancy

Job Purpose:

To support in maintaining a complete and accurate Asset Database and helping to deliver all aspects of PPM planning, scheduling, and delivery, including coordination and upload of all associated documentation to ensure Contractual and Legal compliance.

Support manager with all reasonable requests required to deliver Team Objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Represent the company professionally at all times and comply with HR policies and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate City values and behaviors, respect others, and work collaboratively.
  • Prioritize workloads to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Update and maintain a complete Asset Register.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing PPMs, including uploading certificates and documentation.
  • Process Asset and PPM information from in-house teams or external suppliers.
  • Handle Asset Warranties information.
  • Generate Asset or PPM reports as needed.
  • Reassign PPMs to Technicians or Suppliers when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to support and resolve issues.
  • Record and escalate remedial issues from PPMs.
  • Discuss grievances or problems with the Asset & PPM Manager.
  • Participate in performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Follow reasonable requests from the Asset & PPM Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • GCSE/Standard Grade education or equivalent.
