Overview

You will work within the Global Talent Attraction, Recruiting & Early Careers team where you'll have exposure to the full life cycle of attracting, recruiting, inducting and developing talent within a global organisation. There will be opportunities to work alongside other HR functions including People & Organisational Development, HR Operations and Reward providing you with a complete picture of the different aspects of a fast-paced global HR function.

We are looking for students who are in the penultimate year of a Business, Psychology, Business Education or similar degree, ideally with a focus on HR, and who are ideally on course to achieve a 2:1 or higher.
