A leading global energy company in the UK is offering a year-long industrial placement for students in their penultimate year of study, focusing on talent attraction and HR functions. Ideal candidates will have excellent English communication skills and strong organizational talents. You will work within the Global Talent Attraction, Recruiting & Early Careers team where you'll have exposure to the full life cycle of attracting, recruiting, inducting and developing talent within a global organisation. There will be opportunities to work alongside other HR functions including People & Organisational Development, HR Operations and Reward providing you with a complete picture of the different aspects of a fast-paced global HR function.

We are looking for students who are in the penultimate year of a Business, Psychology, Business Education or similar degree, ideally with a focus on HR, and who are ideally on course to achieve a 2:1 or higher.
