About the team :

Our HR Operations Team are looking for an Operations Excellence Associate to join the team and work across key strategic projects that will originate and drive service improvement within the HR function, impacting across the nearly 40,000 employees at RELX.

About the role :

You will take responsibility for developing, agreeing and delivering high value HR projects and initiatives, supporting key strategic initiatives across multiple divisions within RELX Group and enabling an excellent employee HR experience which drives the achievement of key business objectives and targets. The successful candidate will work with our HR leadership team, senior business leaders and key HR / operational stakeholders to identify and enable improvement across the HR people, process, systems and third party landscape.

Responsibilities :
  • Drive the execution of strategic projects, workstreams and problem‑solving process with a strong analytical focus and understanding of the employee experience and journey
  • Lead and deliver process mapping, org design and operating model work as part of the creation and delivery of business cases into significant volumes of employees across the business
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with all relevant stakeholders, subject matter experts and sponsors
