Job description
Overview

A dynamic commercial property business based in the City of London is looking for a HR Manager to join the team on a temporary basis of 3 months initially with the potential for the role to be made permanent. The ideal candidate will be available to start at the beginning of October and will have experience working in an SME environment. This role is fully office-based.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR department and drive strategy at executive level with guidance from the Board, acting as a trusted advisor to the senior management team.
  • Introduce new AI tools and systems to support efficiency and streamline processes, enabling proactive and strategic senior recruitment and ensuring legislative compliance to safeguard the business.
  • Implement all aspects of HR strategy aligned with business goals and objectives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and HR compliance.
  • Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS system and stay informed about HR best practices and legislative changes.
Qualifications
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified with experience in an SME environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, UK employment law and regulations, and demonstrable experience developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and systems.
Compensation

The salary on offer is up to £400 per day.
