  • Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA offices
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Advise on employment law and HR policies across jurisdictions
  • Support performance management and employee relations
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate on global HR initiatives and projects
Profile

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role, with EMEA exposure
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation across multiple countries
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred
Job Offer
