Oakleaf Partnership are working with an innovative, international fintech that is navigating an exciting period of transformation and growth. They have been developing a new operating model and are now entering a critical delivery phase of organisational change.
This role will be pivotal in helping the business implement and embed significant structural change as they transition core services from the UK into their group model. Alongside this, they are also introducing a new levelling framework - meaning two major programmes will be running concurrently. The business is looking for an experienced HR/ER change professional who can own delivery, drive momentum, and ensure successful execution of these programmes. You'll partner with senior leaders, manage consultation processes (including TUPE), and ensure the business is in the best possible shape as they move into 2026.
