Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time (to support EDI)

Salary: Grade 7 on the College payscales £35,880 to £40,767.40 DOE

We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner to join our People and Purpose team. This role is pivotal in supporting departments across the College to deliver their objectives through effective people management and HR practices.
You’ll work closely with managers to understand their business needs, provide expert HR guidance, and lead on key areas such as performance management, employee relations, and organisational change. You’ll also contribute to College wide HR projects and initiatives that promote a culture of openness, inclusion, and excellence.
