A well-established education business is seeking an HR & Payroll Officer to support approximately 200 employees. Responsibilities include managing HR processes from onboarding to payroll management, dealing with HR queries, and maintaining HR systems. The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience, familiarity with payroll processes, and strong administrative skills. A background in the education sector and knowledge of safeguarding procedures will be advantageous. Benefits include 33 days holiday, enhanced pension, and free lunch.
We are working with a well-established education business, and they are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Officer to join the business ASAP.
This is an office-based role Monday – Friday (Apply online only) (working (Apply online only) in school holidays).
For this role candidates will need to have proven generalist HR experience and have previously supported with monthly payroll. Candidates will ideally have experience working within the education industry and be familiar with safeguarding and vetting processes.
A confident and outgoing approach is required, with excellent communication, administration and numerical skills is required for this role. Strong IT systems experience is essential, with the ability to prepare key HR and Payroll reports. It would be a distinct advantage to have experience using Breathe, Cintra or Every HR systems.
