As part of the HR team within Marshall Land Systems, you will play a key role as HR Shared Services Analyst. You\'ll own HR data, drive process improvements, and ensure smooth, efficient HR services that enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

  • Designing, developing and implementing regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, absence, diversity metrics).

  • Initiate and support HRIS system updates as required

  • Be accountable for parts of the HR processes within the onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and policy updates.

  • Be accountable for parts of the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll-related data processing.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to streamline administrative workflows.

  • Monitor and respond to HR queries via shared inboxes, escalating where necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, GDPR, and internal policies.

  • Participate and take ownership of elements within HR projects and audits, providing data and documentation as needed.

Qualifications
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Flexible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, mail merge).

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Proven HR administration and HRIS experience.

  • Experience producing, formatting, and presenting HR data and reports.
