We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team and play a vital role in supporting LCM's mission through excellent people management. You'll provide professional HR advice and guidance to leaders and staff, ensuring all operational HR support is delivered to the highest standard while upholding LCM's Christian values.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively within a caring HR team, supporting activities such as recruitment campaigns, case management, occupational health referrals, and employee administration. You will help maintain and update HR systems, conduct exit interviews, and contribute to projects that enhance HR processes across the organization.
Working in a supportive, mission-focused environment, you'll be part of ensuring LCM can effectively reach those on the margins of society through well-supported, motivated staff and robust HR practices.
