HR Administrator – Join the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) supporting Sizewell C

We are recruiting for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team within the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) — a partnership between Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O’Rourke, working together to deliver the Sizewell C project.

This is more than just a role — it’s your opportunity to be part of a once-in-a-generation programme that will help deliver clean, reliable energy to around 6 million homes for the next 60 years. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station that plays a vital role in the UK’s low‑carbon future.

As Our HR Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our people operations — ensuring our data, processes, and systems run seamlessly. You’ll work closely with the Senior HR Administrator and the wider HR team to

  • Keep our HR data accurate and up to date
  • Support onboarding and induction for new starters
  • Coordinate IT requests and onboarding communications
  • Manage leaver processes and maintain confidentiality
  • Help deliver HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

You’ll thrive here if you’re someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys supporting others, and can balance multiple priorities with ease. We’re looking for someone with strong administration experience, excellent organisational skills, and confident Office 365 knowledge — someone who can work both independently and collaboratively.
