Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Scotland is seeking an organised HR Administrator (Talent Acquisition) for a 3-month contract. In this role, you'll support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team, manage queries, and handle pre-employment checks. Ideal candidates will have prior administrative experience and be confident in managing sensitive data. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your HR skills in a supportive environment.

  • Contribute to ongoing HR and Talent Acquisition projects.

Overview

We're currently looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator (Talent Acquisition) to join a fast-paced public sector environment on a 3-month contract. This is a great opportunity to support a high-performing Talent Acquisition team and gain valuable experience in a people-focused function.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for queries from stakeholders, job candidates, and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies)
  • Manage invoicing and raise purchase orders to support the team's budgeting process
  • Handle end-to-end pre-employment checks and onboarding using internal HR systems
  • Maintain and update sensitive HR data in line with GDPR and internal policies
  • Contribute to ongoing HR and Talent Acquisition projects
What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within HR or Recruitment)
  • Confident in handling confidential/sensitive data responsibly
