Housing Resolution Officer, North London

Pay rate: to £22.01 per hour

Contract: Temporary role, Local Authority Housing

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Housing Resolution Officer in Enfield. You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting.

Overview

Housing Resolution Officers answer queries on the phone related to Council-wide enquiries. This is an inbound customer service role in a fast-paced call centre environment. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential. Experience working in a call centre is required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound enquiries from the public related to Housing and Council services.
  • Promote a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced call centre.
  • Utilise experience with Housing Repairs and knowledge of housing systems.
  • Experience with a housing system is required; knowledge of Northgate Housing system is preferred but not essential.
  • Work on a rota basis with flexible working from home and office locations.
  • Attend a 2-week training course (classroom and shadowing) in the office and/or home.
  • 3 days per week working from home, 2 days in the office after training is completed.

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in a housing-related role within a Local Authority setting.
  • Experience in a call centre environment.
  • Experience working with Housing Repairs; familiarity with housing systems.
