A boutique hotel in London is seeking a Front Office Agent to manage guest accommodations and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include check-in/out tasks, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel reception roles and be skilled in hotel booking systems. This position offers a competitive salary of £12.5 - £13 per hour with benefits including holiday leave and discounts.
We are looking for a Front office agent to serve as our guest first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front desk responsibilities include (not limited to) registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities, as well as covering night shifts.
