Job summary

A leading NHS Foundation Trust in Greater London is looking for a Specialist Occupational Therapist to manage a caseload within the Homeless Team. The role focuses on ensuring effective discharges for homeless clients. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing specialist discharge advice and support. Candidates must have experience with homeless health, hold an Occupational Therapy degree, and be HCPC registered. Qualifications

• Direct experience with homeless clients or clients with addictions.
• Experience of undertaking holistic Occupational Therapy assessments.
• Experience working directly with statutory homeless agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients in a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide individual centred assessments to inpatients.
• Carry out physical and functional assessments.

Education
