Client Advisor, Italian Luxury Home Decor & Fragrances Boutique (New Opening)

Location: Central London

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum + Bonuses (Depending on Experience)

Be part of something special. This is a rare opportunity to join the opening team of an iconic Italian luxury fragrance house as it launches its new boutique in Central London. Known for its rich heritage, artisanal excellence, and timeless sophistication, the brand is looking for passionate and polished Client Advisors to deliver an exceptional client journey from day one.

About the Role

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador for the brand and its story. Your ability to connect with clients and curate memorable experiences will be central to building the boutique's loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a personalised, luxury experience to every client, tailored to their tastes and preferences.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships through exceptional service and expert product knowledge.
  • Support boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and daily store upkeep.
  • Actively contribute to the boutique's sales performance and clienteling strategy.
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, ideally within fragrance or beauty.
  • Passion for storytelling, craftsmanship, and creating meaningful customer experiences.
  • Confident, elegant, and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and excited to be part of a new store launch.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
