We're recruiting a confident, experienced HLTA for a warm, supportive primary school starting January 2026. This is a long-term role where you'll make a real impact across the school.

What You'll Do:

• Lead whole-class teaching when needed
• Run small-group & 1: 1 interventions
• Support teachers with planning & assessment
• Help create a positive, engaging learning environment
• Be a key part of the school's supportive team

What We're Looking For:

• HLTA qualification or strong TA experience with class cover
• Primary school experience (EYFS / KS1 / KS2)
• Confident, proactive, and great with children
• Strong behaviour and communication skills
• DBS on the update service (or happy to apply)
