A vibrant and inclusive school is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support children with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs. The ideal candidate will have NVQ3 qualifications and at least 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating excellent literacy and numeracy skills. Type of Contract: Permanent from 1st January 2026. Hours: 35 per week. Term Time only (including insets) + 1 week. Grade: D. Salary: Actual Salary £23,053 – £25,363 (FTE £27,780 – £30,564). Closing Date: 08.10.2025.

The Federation are looking for a skilled and experienced HLTA to join our team. The post will provide support and learning for children in the resourced provision for children with SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs). The successful candidate will be able to ensure that our children are supported in their education within the RP classroom, mainstream classes and through specific small group and 1:1 provision. As an employee of Guillemont, staff need to be flexible as we move around the school.
