A leading educational institution in Manchester seeks a passionate HLTA to support teaching and learning. You'll collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and lead student interventions. Qualified candidates should have HLTA status, strong communication skills, and a passion for inclusive education. This role offers full-time hours with a salary range of £30,024 - £32,061 pro rata.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled HLTA to support teaching and learning across the academy.
You’ll work closely with class teachers and support staff to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to individuals, small groups, or whole classes.
You’ll also contribute to assessment, lead interventions, and may manage other support staff or develop a specialist area of expertise.
